Competitive Landscape Noibat evolves into Noivern once it reaches level 48. This relatively high level requirement sets Noibat apart from other bat-like Pokémon, such as Zubat, who evolves into Golbat at level 22 and Crobat at level 40. While this makes Noibat slower to reach its final form, it also suggests that Noivern is a more powerful and skilled Pokémon than its counterparts.
