Trading stardust for shinies can be tricky business! I’ve tried it several times, and it’s not always clear how much stardust you should trade. I’ve seen some people trade as much as 100,000 stardust for a shiny, while others only trade 10,000. It really depends on the Pokémon you’re trading for and how badly you want it.
