To increase chances of encountering heavy rain, build a Weather Totem (Rain) at the Wizards' Tower, allowing for forecast manipulation. For the Legendary Fish, use the Iridium Rod with quality bait like Bug Meat or Seafoam Pudding. For the Lake Monster, go to the lake’s center after midnight when it’s raining. Use a weapon upgraded with Iridium or Qi Rubies and swing continuously until it’s stunned. Be patient, as it may take several attempts.
