I’ve found that one of the best ways to get more items in Baldur’s Gate 3 is to explore the world thoroughly. There are often hidden caches of items tucked away in corners, so be sure to check every nook and cranny. I also recommend talking to every NPC you can, as they may give you quests that lead to new items.
