If you can’t find Nepheli in the Village of Albinaurics, proceed to the Lindell, Royal Capital, and search the basement of the building next to the Site of Grace in the Fortified Manor. Alternatively, if you fail to meet Nepheli at the Church of Pilgrimage, head to the Stormveil Castle. She’ll be in the throne room, facing off against Godrick.
