Apex Legends Season 21, Eclipse, is set to release on November 1st while its rival, Valorant, is expected to release Episode 6, Act III on October 18th. Apex Legends has a larger player base and a more established competitive scene, while Valorant offers a more tactical and strategic gameplay experience. Value Proposition

Apex Legends Season 21 introduces a new legend, Catalyst, who has the ability to control ferrofluid. This adds a new element of strategy and gameplay to the game, as players can use ferrofluid to create cover, block enemy sight lines, and trap opponents. Season 21 also includes a new map, Broken Moon, which is the first map to be set on a different planet. Broken Moon features a variety of new areas and challenges, including a zero-gravity zone and a giant space whale. Valorant Episode 6, Act III introduces a new agent, Fade, who has the ability to manipulate time and space. Fade can create pockets of slow time, teleport short distances, and rewind time to avoid damage. Episode 6, Act III also includes a new map, Lotus, which is set in India and features a variety of new areas and challenges, including a zip line that can be used to quickly traverse the map.
